Joseph is a native Texan, born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Central Catholic High School and matriculated to the University of the Incarnate Word. After UIW, Joseph graduated Cum Laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. At Thurgood, Joseph was an executive member of the Hispanic Law Students Association, member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association, and member of the Dean’s Ad Hoc ABA Advisory committee.
During law school, Joseph interned for United States District Court Judge Fred Biery in the Western District of Texas. Additionally, Joseph interned with a distinguished personal injury firm focusing on trucking accidents before interning at another reputable personal injury firm focusing on trucking and premises liability cases.
When not in the office, Joseph enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing basketball, running, and traveling.
